Approximately three years ago, we met Lyn and Bud Houben.
Bud was sitting on an open house we stumbled into. He was such a nice guy
that we went back. We made an offer on that house, but did not make a deal.
Bud and Lyn were so personable and professional that we came back the next
year and bought a home from them. The deal was very smooth. Their years of
experience certainly showed. I would never hesitate to do business with
